Needs and Goals
|
Cascade-Station Business Center is a charming Victorian-style office building in Sisters, Oregon which offers its clients a unique blend of flexible leasing options, state-of-the-art technology, and an old world charm.
Because many of Cascade-Station's clientele do not live in Sisters, the challenge was to showcase the building's charm and ammenities without forcing prospects to visit the building in person.
|
Site Objectives |
Traditional media would introduce prospects to the building, then invite them to take a virtual tour at the website. The site was designed to answer all preliminary questions, provide an honest tour of the facilities, and generate telephone inquiries.
A major goal was the creation of an online "virtual tour" to provide prospects with the next best thing to actually being there. Additionally, we needed to communicate all the building's other benefits, and to address the myriad of frequently asked questions (such as lease rates, floor plans, square footage, and services provided).

Services Rendered |
We staged a photo-shoot at the building, creating several 360° virtual reality images, and photographically documenting the building's many upscale details. We crafted a new "brand identity" by updating a legacy, black & white logo, then extending the look to the design of the website. We collaborated with our client on the copywriting. Then, we architected and built the website. The final touch was our creation of the site's intro animation.

Our client has just begun a traditional advertising campaign, with the website as the centerpiece of the effort (so the results are not yet known).
