We may update this policy periodically. Please re-check this page to ensure that you agree with any changes.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how we ("PureBlend Corporation", "PureBlend", "PureBlend Software", "PureBlend Design Group", "us", "we", or "our") collect, use and share information about you through "our Apps" (including MovieSlate, MovieSlate Cloud, KeyClips, Maildash, BigTipper, TuTuneMe), and "our Sites" (online interfaces including www.pureblendsoftware.com, www.pureblend.com, www.movie-slate.com, www.movieslate.tv, and www.movieslatecloud.com).
Through our Apps and Sites, PureBlend offers you opt-in Services including: technical support, feature requests, and map location address lookups, and online data backup/sharing.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do. If you do not understand any aspects of our Privacy Policy, please contact us via email.
By using the Apps, Services, and Sites offered by PureBlend, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, In-App Purchase Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please: cancel all your In-App Purchase subscriptions, delete our Apps from your device(s), exit from our Sites, discontinue the use of our Apps and Services, and do not provide any further information to us.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time via email.
We collect and store the information you provide to us through our Apps, Services, and Sites. This can include information that can be used to identify you (e.g., your name, business name, address details, email, telephone numbers, login, username, and password). You provide this information to us when you:
We may save email conversations that we’ve had with you for technical and product support purposes. We may track the way that you interact with our emails (such as when you open an email or click on a link inside an email).
Some of our Apps (MovieSlate, BigTipper, Maildash) provide you with the option to obtain your current geographic location data, and save it locally on your iOS device. Location data is not sent to our Sites; except when you choose to backup or share your data on our MovieSlate Cloud service.
When you register for a MovieSlate Cloud account, we collect your name, up to two email addresses. We also collect a hash of your password (not the actual password), and encrypted account recovery questions and answers. When you backup or share your MovieSlate data or workspaces, all that data is encrypted using a unique key (except data file names).
When you purchase a service in one of our Apps, that transaction is between you and Apple Inc. For each In-App Purchase, Apple provides us with a digital receipt which does not include any personal information about you. Periodically, our Apps may ask our Sites to validate receipts to determine whether a purchased service subscription is still valid. During receipt validation, our Sites log your IP Address.
The non-AppStore version of our KeyClips app contacts our Sites to determine whether newer versions of the app are available for download. During these version checks statistics about your computer configuration are logged for diagnostic purposes: IP address, date of access, Machine Model, RAM, CPU cores, OS version, CPU, country, and language.
For each anonymous visitor to our website, our webserver automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name, but not the visitor’s e-mail address. We also collect aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, information volunteered by visitors, such as subscription registrations.
We collect information about your activity on our online interfaces, such as your IP address, the type of device or browser you use, and your actions on our Sites. This diagnostic information is automatically captured by the web server software and saved to its temporary server log files. These weekly log files are kept for 4 weeks, and then the oldest is permanently destroyed.

We use the information you provide to us for the following purposes:
We use information relating to your use of our Apps, Services, and Sites to build higher quality, more useful Services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our users, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of our Apps and Sites. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
